Pine Bathroom flooring

Well I decided on pine bathroom flooring, tongue and groove 1/2 inch thick over 1/2 inch plywood and wanted it to look not so modern. I used felt paper between the boards and plywood. stained and sealed the wood before I nailed them down, then lightly sanded the floor and applied the stain on top. once work is complete I will put polyurethane on the top.

New 1.2 GPF American Standard toilet, new tankless hot water heater to replace the 30 Gal. upright, shower is now 36″ wide instead of the 32″ I removed.

The shower will be tiled, I have 2 1/2 inch sheets of plywood screwed to the joists and will use roofing paper, mortar, PCV shower pan liner, 1/2 inch cement boards on the 3 sides, also the threshold is going to be an 4×4.

The Tankless hot water unit will not work with the mainstream 2.5 gpm water flow shower head so I bought a adjustable flow shower head with 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 gpm settings.
