Damaged Bathroom Window continued:
Moving to the window side of the bathroom, which I had placed a tarp on the rotten wood back in November it clearly had damage, also part of what I think was causing this damage is the overgrown shrub up against the siding and window. The good news was the upper boards were in good condition and did not need to be replaced.
Also it was good to see when it had been previously repaired plywood was installed to the studs! Still when you move into a house and have to place tarps on windows you know you have some work ahead of you.
