Smokehouse: Small Logs were used
I admit I am not use to seeing tree trunks inside as support beams, however they seem to have lasted well over 200 years! I can see clearly that they smoked meats in here back in the day.
I don’t see myself smoking anything in this building however it make for a good storage shed. All 4 structures have metal roofs so I’m happy about.
I’ll need to repaint the roofs so they don’t rust out, these metal roofs last a very very long time if maintained.
