Clean and seal wood porch floor
Hot and humid weather has me pressure washing and sealing the guest house porch floor, Ollies had stain/sealer for $7.99 however the wood was so dried up it sucked up the sealer like a sponge, I used 2.5 gallons of sealer way more than I thought would be needed, the outside house painting is on hold right now so this was needed to be done as it was bare wood. My next task will be indoors until we have low 80’s temps, heat index has been near 100 lately.
Update 5/8/2022 This stain I purchased did not last, its like it never happened, garbage! I bought another sealer from Lowes and its holding up well.
