Cabinets added
Well I had a slight diversion from working on the outside, Lowes had 25% off on the basic unfinished builders cabinets. plus I get 5% more off by using my Lowes card, that said the sale ended on 5/3/2019, so I made the plunge and bought a sink base and some additional cabinets.
Why the other owners never installed some cabinets is a mystery to me. well in any case for just under $300 I made a much needed improvement to the guest house, the sink will come later when the weather gets hot.
The fridge will stay in that location to the left, I had an outlet which now would be unused behind the sink base so I ran a new electrical feed up from there. I added a GFCI outlet as well as running a new power outlet behind the fridge, blocking off the lower unused outlet.
The stain we picked out did not pan out, so $15 was wasted on that quart, I used a rosewood oil stain I had from years ago, now deciding what knobs to buy.
I will add a small sink at some point however I have other things that need work before that gets installed.
