So short of grading the land and relocating the water stream running next to the guest house I dug down about 3 feet and installed a 20 gal. sump basin.
When digging the hole water kept seeping into the hole, this was days after the rain stopped, my 12 gal shop vac helped to extract the water. I made the hole wider and used drainage rock around the tub.
I used 1/4 hp sump pump with 24 ft discharge hose, during heavy rain the pump comes on with a 5 minutes cycle on/off
Now when water comes into the crawl it pumps it out the rear hose, until I get a “Bobcat” out here to grade the land this will have to do.
