Guest House fan Rust and Mold
Well the work outside stopped last week because it was so hot outside, So I went to work in the guest house with AC cooling. The old ceiling fan was badly rusted and was in desperate need of replacement, the paint on the ceiling was also very black from mold that happened being closed up for so long as well as the color which looked tan. So not to waste a week I tackled that job as well as adding a screen door which was discounted down to $25. The new Hunter fan from Lowes came with the light kit which the old fan did not have, I used Kilz “complete” paint which surprised me how well it covered in one coat. Adding the screen door was also nice to air the place and keep the bugs out.
The new fan looks great in comparison to what was there.
